Shipping

Subject to availability, online orders will be processed within two working days after payment reflects. Products offered for sale on this website are available to South African buyers only.

Return and Refunds

The provision of goods by Iona is subject to availability. In case any item ordered is out of stock, we will replace the product item with another or offer a refund if no suitable replacement can be found. Cancellation of orders by the buyer will attract an administration fee. Goods damaged during transit will be replaced with either a similar or exact vintage (if available). We do not give refunds nor accept returns after goods have been delivered with the above exceptions excluded.

Card transactions and security

Online card payments are processed through PayFast and Visa or MasterCards are accepted. PayFast take the data security of their merchants and their buyers very seriously and is committed to keeping all sensitive information of both the merchant and their customers secure. EFT payments are also accepted.

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details entered during Checkout will be stored by Iona separately from card details, which are entered by the buyer on PayFast’s secure site. Click here to read PayFast’s end user agreement.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR). The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.

Responsibility

Iona takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Risk of loss

All items purchased through shop.iona.co.za are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
